After last year's online showcases, we're delighted to be working with Cork promoters Unemployable Promotions & the Liverpool Irish Fetsival on this collaborative show at District.

'From Here To There' brings a taste of Cork City’s thriving original music scene to Liverpool, with two fabulous Cork-based acts - Sara Ryan and Míde Houlihan, courtesy of Unemployable Promotions.  Alongside them on the bill are two Americana-infused Liverpool-based Irish acts - songwriter Karen Turley, and the rock and soul of Seafoam Green.

“There’s a great connection between Cork and Liverpool, and actually a lot similarities that you’ll find in the people” says Unemployable co-owner, Michael Grace. “We started coming to Liverpool years ago, originally following our football loyalties, and ended up making some friends, and falling in love with the city. A huge part of that was the music.”.
